I don’t know if it’s truly natural or acquired from a lot of time doing commentary with Big Jerm and the CCDG Champs vs. Chumps, but Nate, you’re SO natural and confident in front of the camera. It was also really refreshing to hear about the specific scenarios for which discs are used and the thought process behind using one instead of another. It wasn’t all just “flip to flat, ride a little, then still get a finish.” Well done, all involved!
Not just one of the top players but also disc golf's best communicator bar none. Best In-the-Bag and commentary I've seen. Go, Nate.
You just blew my mind with that sanding sponge!! I will be putting one of those in my bag now.

What a clean edit, top notch production! A practice round with Nate and Jerm would be super nice to see sometime this year! Kind of like what Brodie and Paul did with Jomez where they share some light on disc/shot selection and their mental game. Thanks for the vid, was a pleasure!

I don't think I have seen Big Jerm do an in the bag yet. I think that would be interesting. Great job with yours! I liked the way you explained your thinking around each disc. Every time I watch you play I get closer to trying an R-Pro dart. If the season picks up soon I'll probably get one or two for Christmas otherwise likely Christmas 2021. My mind knows the last thing I need is a new putter, but my emotions say "it can't be my lack of practice, I must just be throwing the wrong disc". I really like the firefly and the Sexton Firebird is my favorite disc by far. I bought three this year. Wishing you and your family the best through a very strange time. Hope to see you at Worlds and hope to see you win it!

Hey Nate give me one of those Shrykes , LOL I just lost mine Love you dude I have developed a nice forehand with a hop step much like yours . It really sets up my timing and accuracy and gives me more power I learned to throw that way back in the 70s playing baseball and just transitioned to Disc Golf Thanks for your input You are probably my favorite player also I dig your Commentary

My proto star rat is my favorite disc ever. Thanks for the vid Nate, you did a great job. Looking forward to seeing you all back in action soon. I would love to see Big Jerm, or Ricky Wysoki. Both great players, and fun to watch.

I love my star rat too! It’s my first ace disc, nice and straight flier with a little finish at the end of the flight.
@@BuckrayTFM I bought mine because I was told it's a good disc for learning forehand. Had a injury so haven't been doing forehands but I'm healed and the Rat is going back in the bag.
Mark Wilson Nice man glad to hear it! I would definitely give it another go its a great disc for short approaches or drives and works well in the wind.
My rat is my go to approach disc, and really the only forehand I can do well.
was just searching Sexton in the bag yesterday. I'm looking to expand my bag and this is very helpful. looking at dart, mako3, and tl3
If you get a dart definitely splurge for the better plastic my dx ones beat in too fast and become uselessly understable.
I got that same sanding block, an essential I would say. Also agreeing about the dart, I found mike surprisingly stable when I first got it .
That sidewinder back to the pin tip is fantastic. Makes me feel dumb that it wasn't my idea lol...
I’ve carried a drywall sander in my bag for a few years now. They work awesome.
Yeah! Finally the TL3 getting some love. One of my favorite discs, If you're looking for a straight shootin' disc right off the rack look no further, great for sidearms as well. I bag a star TL3 171 grams.
Yes, agree awesome disc, have 2 lost 1. Going to replace. One of the best disc going.

If I had to pick one pros bag to use, it would be this, I haven’t really tried the firefly before, but other than that I love his disc selection and it is pretty similar to mine, but I have a few more fairways

Hi - I would be interested in knowing what Nate and viewers think about Innova's Corvette in Star plastic. Maybe in comparison to the Destroyer. I have not found videos of the pro's using or talking about the Corvette and am curious if any of them have it in their bag during tournaments. I have one - it is my favorite for consistent distance. Katana is my 2nd fav to throw for distance (the -3 turn can be fun but also challenging).
Beautiful video, as always, MR. Sexy. Rule check question: At the end of the video you showed us a sanding block. I understood modifying discs in any way was illegal. Is it fair and leagal to clean rough edges of a disc?
He's been playing for years and is a face of the game. If it was illegal he would not have suggested it.
