Omg this is what happened to me while working in the uk, I was told exactly the same things that I don’t get paid for free, i don’t deserve a high salary. Also, I was burdened with extra tasks and made to look like an idiot for not mastering them. I left the Job while they asked me to still show up for the notice period but I Never went back! Alhamdulillah.
So heart wrenching story of ur life 😢 I am against that person in particular and all those people who are having same mentality of bullying the women folk. May Allah help each and every person who is going through these traumatic experiences in their lives right now and heal those who had faced already 😢😢
Very very true... Rizq allah deta hain and tawakkul bhi usi se karna chahiye and we should only infront of allah.... Noone else can make your grief understand in sha allah... U r too good

I am a working woman and have gone through similar situation too, how difficult it can be and how much pressure it puts on mind can never be explained in words, Alhamdulillah it's over now.

Loving #dilkibaat ❤ I had a similar experience at my previous workplace, the difference is that the insecure colleague was a female and couldn’t digest young girls getting better opportunities. But I quit the job knowing that my mental health and self esteem is more important than anything.
I've had a similar experience working for a fashion brand in Pakistan where Ceo was a narcissist and only cared about sales and profits while the female head of the department was extremely toxic, insecure, rude and biased. That one job experience had such a big impact on my mental health that I still struggle to go back to the office environment 😢. I worked really hard, but in the end, I still had to take care of my mental health before anything else. Couldn't take the Ceo screaming and shouting at me and my colleagues in front of everyone else.

#dilkibaat I can totally relate iqra, In my very first job just after graduating, I suffered from the bullying behavior of my manager, she gave me a really hard time and eventually within 4-5 months of my job I decided to resign all my colleagues around me cursed me that I have made a bad decision but my father supported me that nothing is more than your self respect and peace of mind and after a few months of staying at home I got another job though less paid but I was really respected by the new boss and colleagues alhamdulillah Jo hota hai achay k liye he hota hai ❤

Very nice video it reminded me work culture in Pakistan how higher management pressure employee working under. I am happy i am now in uk working in a company. UK work experience is completely different when I started my job. I was aways in stress what will happen if I didn’t deliver a task on time because i had that pressure from working in Pakistan. But UK main aisa ni even if you could not finish task you just let them know reasons why you could not . They cant misbehave you. I have very positive work experience in UK. No one can misbehave with you here because not because they pay you salary😊

I thought it only happened in Bangladesh. Alhamdulillah I am lucky I didn’t face this. But my brother's face lots. That's why he couldn’t continue his job and change lots of jobs.

Exactly, i got harrased for 6 momths like this and quit the job in one day when i couldnt bear more. Resigned the next day and nvr went there.

Well! I did confront him on my last day and Yes a complaint was also made to the senior management but guess what ?
They just gave him a lecture and put the matter aside. Nothing happened :)

Similar things happened with me sis but on lighter note. Boss was women. U give me hope not all job environments are same.
Did this happen in the UK? Companies could furlough their staff during covid though and if people were allowed to come back part time/phased return, like I was, it was made clear they dont go over the hours that were agreed. What role was this?
Same haal....me vivo company me thi..wahan humara director aisa hi tha....Chineese tha...mne akhir tang aaky job chordi...phir kbhi nhi ki job..qk bhht negativity mere andar agyaa tha...bardasht khtm hogai thi..
