My arms are a bit disproportionately weak relative to others (pushups are still just as difficult as when I started training while planks, squats etc have massively improved) But I want to do more cool dynamic moves without my arms giving out under me 😅

@@shafeeqa5453 there are no specific movements to lose belly fat, we lose fat on our bodies when the calories (food/drinks) we eat are less than the calories we burn (movement/being active). You can't decide in which part of the body to lose fat, but you can lose fat in general, the important thing is being active (sports, having an active lifestyle) in order to burn calories, and eat lower calories foods in general. I'm not an expert in this but this are the basic concepts from what I know :)
I used to be able to break dance pretty well, when I was a bodybuilder and athletic, but now I’m very fat and although I can still bust some moves, I’m too heavy to do most things. I was 160 lbs and ripped at my prime, now I’m 270 and have significantly less muscle. Hopefully I can get back to where I want to be, I just don’t have the time for it at the moment
Usually this move takes way longer than 2 weeks to learn, but if you are pretty strong and flexible already, or have gymnastics background and you follow carefully all the steps, it’s doable learning a couple rounds in even 2 weeks
welcome! :) the smoother the floor is to slide with your shoes or socks, the best! Because at first the feet are gonna slide on the floor, then eventually they will stay up in the air the whole time
