As a knife enthusiast I have quite a collection of knives. Since beginning of this year I am the proud owner of one Muteki and two Carter Knives and after a few month of use I just wanted to say that your knives are by far superior to all the knives I have ever bought. They are a pleasure to use, stay sharp a long time, the steel is extremly tough but not brittle and the fit and finish is absolutly remarkable. Your blades are the ones that I use on a daily basis, all the others have been retired, they cant keep up... I am shure that your knives will serve me well for a lifetime and I will always take good care of them. All the best wishes from Belgium, keep up the good work and a lot of success to all of you.
I was looking into buying a knife from him and I said, Why ! ….. Then I realized that there is a reason for that. His knives Are High in Price, but totally worth it I bet.
I would so love to come out there and see your shop. Hope to see you at Blade and arrangements have already been made to get you and the crew to our Friday night chili cookout. Should be fun if all goes to plan we will have just about all the best knifemakers Grace Horne, Veronique, Jean Louis , Stan Wilson and all the regulars. [Bruce Rugg]
Love your hammer :) How does coldforging make the final blade cut better? When its heated to critical before quench, it normalises the structure..... right? Isnt it a myth that forged steel is better/harder?
I love your knives for the care and attention on them. Although I got to admit I hate to use them because they are so pretty.
Never would've guessed you're in council. I'm loving how more and more high end small businesses are popping up in Idaho.

Of course forged is better. The smith can work the steel to its maximum potential.
