- Rarest of the rare, the FN barracuda. FN designed this pistol to directly compete with the S&W highway patrolman in the 70s and 80s. It came with two cylinders, the 38spl/.357mag & 9mm. This one has been far removed from its factory design.
Very clean. Love the fit of that optic mount.
I like it. Customer owes us a video shooting it.
I had one, (wooden handle) for about 2 months in 2022, lone to me by a friend to protect myself in the California wilderness.
I never fired the thing, but it was a beautiful piece.
Awesome.
Love your work on revolvers
I have seen a lot of guns in my life and this is my first FN wheegun. Amazing and thanks for sharing.
This thing is absolutely awesome. Huge sucker for wheel guns. I’ve been thinking about doing something similar on the Taurus 692 which also a dual cylinder revolver. I’d get either the 2.75” or 3” barrel so it could be edc.
Awesome job as always!
Good to see some revolvers sometimes.
Sweet
Outstanding, another unique piece.
That is one sweet piece.
Fascinating ! John Wick and 007 would want 1. The new to be released Diamondback SDR revolver displayed at Shot Show has the same cylinder release push button system. Is it possible, and feasible, to refit a S&W, or, any other revolver with that feature ? Useful for cleaning and separation into 2 components for deep secured storage.
Anything is possible, but just removing one screw does the same thing on a S&W.
@@mk3firearms Thanks, yes, but a button instead of a screw is more convenient, and there is no slot to get marred by inept and incorrect tool use. The Henry Big Boy revolver has that inside the trigger guard instead of the side of the frame, interesting. You work magic with the sacred metal.
Strong work
Beautiful 👌🏼
Word of the day "seemless"
Dope!
i like it! it made me wonder if i could put a different cylinder on my astra 960? i wonder if the 357 and 38 versions of the astra had the same frame. i saw another youtuber bored out the 38 cylinder to accept the longer case length.
Sure as long as you know what your doing.
did you ever figure out if they did? trying to find a 4 inch 357 barrel and unsure on parts compatability
i haven't yet. if i remembered my password to gunboards from who knows how long ago, i could ask in the spanish handgun forum. there was a spaniard on the board that knew all about the spanish arms. @@stephannahmed7918
@@stephannahmed7918 No,
Would that 9mm cylinder shoot 380acp as well?
No it doesn't.
I wonder what you could do with my CZ 97b
Oh man, we would max it out. ❤❤❤
