I am curious - what happens if you connect both speeds at the same time? Both T2 and T4 together with the hot wire? Will it run on high speed or low speed or will it be destroyed?
The label on my motor say's "TO REVERSE ROTATION SWITCH RED & BLK LEADS" MOTOR MUST BE GROUNDED can send you a pic of it. Just send me an email via my name @ gmail put your name & fan in subject line.
it depends on the motor itself. most motors have a wiring diagram that shows how to wire it for 230. check out my video on how to read a wiring diagram. i hope it helps.
MASTERS ENGINEERING---BUT THE QUESTION IS WHY NOT JUST RUN IT WITH THE TOGGLE SWITCH AND HAVE A 2 SPEED MOTOR...OR SAVE SOME CASH AND GET A CHEAPER 1 SPEED MOTOR ..Sorry didn't mean to yell...
How do we wire it for a pottery wheel with a Togo switch to switch between high and low without messing with wires?
