Like the voices? I use ElevenLabs for the voices, the photoroom mobile app to create pngs of characters and props, and capcut to edit it all together. When I put all the clips together with the subtitles I use filmora on my computer. Hope this helps, good luck!
This series deserves so much more recognition, it feels natural and kinda cartoonesque in a way, very entertaining and fun to watch.
