I'm making two of these for two young grandsons. The adaptation from metric to inches is somewhat tricky, but with time and sandpaper, they're coming together. I want to thank you for this ingenious and do-able little wonder of a rifle. Lots of little boys (and their Granddads) are going to have the time of their lives with this terrific toy. I made a 1:2 scale version out of aluminium with a milling machine, lathe and good ol' elbow grease. Every now and again the whole thing gets jammed but that's what WD40 is for. I thank you for making the plans for the project free.
I finished mine today and it works! Took quite a while to make but it's so much fun, thank you a thousand times for the video and free blueprints. You rock! :D

love the gun and very well designed to be abel to be printed on a normal printer. I have a background in scroll saw work, and i would recomend stack cutting most of the dublicated parts, the easyest method i found is cutting out a few blocks of wood 3-4 depending on your saw and use a lower tooth count blade the more u do, and sticky taping them together then drilling a hole wide enough for the scroll saw blade and cutting them that way It will less than halve your build time.

hello, i made it with the templates but with 3 mm plywood and with a jigsaw and i have a problem, when i load it with 4 rubberbands there isn't any problem, but when i load with 8 rubberband it has a lot of problens, it shoot when i reload and not when i use the trigger. I am trying to find the correct rubber bands to use for this project. I can not find the 40 mm or 1-1/2" rubber bands online. Also what is the thickness of the rubber bands? 1/16", 1/8", or 1/4". Thanks

Sorry, not possible. But you can put 6-9 rubber bands on the star wheel. Not enough?
