ok so someone gave their take on roles in the group but i have ideas and imma share 🥰 aether- leader, lead vocalist, sub dancer, maknae or whichever term would be correct to use her for youngest kazuha- main dancer, lead rapper, sub vocalist, visual, face of the group xiao- main rapper, lead dancer, sub vocalist venti- main vocalist, lead dancer, center i feel like *aether* would’ve been like taehyung, went there for lumine or one of his friends, and ended up in 4nemo, and he doesn’t regret a second of it despite some guilt that his friend/sister didn’t actually make it. he’s an absolute sweetheart, he’s almost like a grandma but the exact opposite in almost every way. he prefers softer colors, something reminiscent of mom jeans, converse, and a sweater or t-shirt. usually vintage, he actually doesn’t wear a lot of designer clothing off-stage *kazuha* definitely writes a lot (if not all) of their songs, with venti’s help. he’s the calmest one of all, and gives me hugs hyunjin ponytail vibes, all of them, so many. definitely a fan of adding small gestures or movements (such as a wink, subtle but wouldn’t go unnoticed). fans go apesh¡t when he unties his ponytail and lets his hair down. unsurprisingly, *xiao* was one of the first in the group to sign with genshin ent. he’s honestly really quiet, and accidentally the funniest member of the bunch. (next to venti, because he _loves_ alcohol, so he’s often drunk, and a funny drunk at that) *xiao* spends hours upon hours practicing choreography, making sure he doesn’t make a single mistake. eventually he’ll end up exhausted at some ungodly hour in the morning, aether slowly opening the door and gently waking him to give him some nourishment in almond tofu and water. thankfully, their company is more lax with food and diets. also made fun of very his height. he acts really mad about it, but really doesn’t care *venti* is the embodiment of chaos; impulsive, clumsy, giddy and frankly fatuous most of the time. at first, the other members expected *venti* to cause a scandal. it’s a little strange seeing him go from tripping over thin air to doing dancing smoothly, years of experience under his belt. not as much or as subtly mastered as kazuha’s, but his talent and experience is there and scarily obvious. *venti* has unarguably the most stage presence, being the only extroverted member in the group. he will often be the member to say “how are we doing new york? are you ready??” and wait for roads of cheers before going “hehe, ok! let’s gooo!” as the lights go on and the music starts. surprisingly, also makes a lot of the album cover art. he also takes collected vocals and adds instrumentals, mixes and produces it, etc. his positions may be few, but he does a lot creatively “behind the scenes.” if he wasn’t entirely open about it, no one would probably know. aether 5’7”. istp. 18yo, born on april 23rd. kazuha 5’10”. isfp. 23yo. born on october 29th. xiao 5’4” is official, but his actual height is estimated to be 5’3”. istj. 19yo. born on april 17th. venti 5’5”. entp. 22yo. born june 16th. that’s kinda all i have ?!?
