I can think of Steve Gadd, Jeff Porcaro, Gavin Harrison, Miles Davis, Buddy Rich, Jeff Beck those guys fall into that category for me. Why make the distinction that she is female? She mentioned it herself in several interviews that she never saw herself as a “female” drummer, just as a drummer. And a damn good one she is.
