I Love your show. Most TV fishing shows are just commercials and watching a couple of guys catching fish with not much of an explanation of what is going on. On your show you both do a great job of explaining water conditions, what depth you are fishing, what structure you are fishing and most importantly why you are in any given spot and what to use to catch those fish. Keep up the good work.
I do a lot of slip floating for crappie and bluegills in Michigan. Going to try for walleye, leaches are a great way to go for sure. Two sizes are sold here, small for panfish and jumbo for bass. I’ve cut up the jumbo size and caught huge bluegills on them. Never saw that size bluegill in these lakes I fish.
Great show Excellent work and sounds and videoing Question Sara on last video showed how to hook the leech in the tail end? Not sucker side But this video it looks like the Leech was hooked in sucker side? Unless I am not seeing it correctly. Thanks again and what a show on How To….. Fish On
Nice video. 🥰What is the specs of the rod you're using i.e. length, power, action, pieces, etc. I checked KCR website they don't show much info. I'm a slip bobber rig guy from Southern Alberta Canada.
Great video! I have a question about your knots. What type of knot do you use when tying Florcarbon to your hook and to the swivel. Florcarbon is bad about breaking off at the hook if the wrong knot is used. I have switched to the uni- knot. Using a jig head, i use a loop knot. Thanks
I love your show. Very professional! I would love to see you get the fish back in the water before your discuss tips and strategies. I feel like you keep the fish out of the water much longer than necessary. Just my humble opinion.
How long of a leader is recommended and what lb fluorocarbon? I have braid as my main line so would you recommend tying mono to braid then swivel then the leader?

Best bet would pry be just to give Erik a call: 262-689-4226. He can make exactly what you want and you will not be disappointed!

Nice walleye.

Great video ! We are in arkansas and can’t find leeches , any tricks you have for night crawlers with bluegills everywhere ? Half crawler work?
You can order them online nowadays
where i come from we have a little something called the trip-bob rig. tip it with the shad-dad-stink-crawl and hold on!
I am new to walleye fishing and i live in the NW and leaches for bait is hard for me to come by, would night crawlers work well for this.
Absolutely
Nice bobbers!
Great fishing! Which lake is this?
Probably Lake of the woods

Yes, depending on water clarity you would adjust your leader length. Clear = longer. And using the barrel swivel is perfect for that!
I haven't seen you on TV lately. Is there anything wrong?
All is good!! We air a new season again n December!
Do u do walleye fishing guide trips
My name is Ryan afaga
how far above the walleye do you want your bait to be? (i.e. if you mark them on bottom at 9' - would you want your bait at 8")?
As close to bottom as possible bud even if ur bait bumps bottom they’ll smash it…..Good luck! 6” off bottom is where I fish for em
What net is that? Looking for a replacement.
Beckman
Leeches on a slip bobber is a great way to fish for inactive fish.
What rods are you guys using?

Don’t let these people fool you... they can’t catch these walleye without the aid of electronics. If you can, they should be taking tips from you.
I have no electronics no boat and I slay em
