I think that stumbling on your words/thoughts is a very common ADHD experience when we're overwhelmed or are subconsciously masking neurodiversity, particularly with new people, so you're definitely not alone in this feeling Keelin. I know I feel this frustration a lot because in some contexts I feel so articulate yet in other interactions I feel so dumb and then doubt my ability to communicate with others so I too just stay quiet to sometimes avoid those feelings. I think the words and thoughts become all jumbled especially with new people because we're maybe overstimulated by this new context, wanting to make sense of these new people and frantically share stories to be able to relate and connect with them. It makes me feel awkward as well. I think maybe, because we are hyperaware of how we are perceived, we spend so much of the conversation trying to read all the nonverbal cues and matching facial expressions, especially when reading faces and body language off people we are not familiar with and have no mental space to actually slow down and articulate what we're thinking because we're distracted on reading these social cues of this new context. I also find this happens more when I've forgotten to eat that day! As sylvia Plath says after her fig tree analogy - thoughts like these 'might well have arisen from the profound void of an empty stomach :)

There’s a specific accountant in Dublin that sort of specialises in content creators; he’s younger, approachable & not scary. He was recommended by another influencer friend, it can be daunting trying to sort your finances when you have multiple streams of income with an accountant that doesn’t understand your job if you know what I mean 🤣 I always felt like I was in trouble with accountants in the past that literally thought I was a journalist ….
I also got the elf contour !! really was disappointed by it at first but I think it just wasn’t mixed well enough, now I just put it over the top of my lighter contour colour for dimension
I remember when I was wee (before nursery age) my mum took me to a playgroup on some days when she had to work in the mornings/ afternoons, I loved it there even though I was a really shy child. I wonder if there is something like that near you xx p.s. love your videos
I went to one near me and there were no toys for about 30 toddlers to play with, it was literally them sitting in a room I was so confused - I nearly asked the organisers what they expected them to do?? Chat to each other?? I’ll have to try find another one!!

Forgetting words is scary! It can be related to B12 deficiency- which you might be at risk of since you can't have dairy- or candida overgrowth. Try some acidophilus to see if it eases up 💕
