Cutting back on dairy really is good for the skin! (Or best - ditching it completely). That being said, towards my late 20s I had a bit of an issue with hormones as well and still struggling with more of an acne prone / oily skin than I used to have. So my routine is zinc supplements, benzac AC gel on spots, and all natural makeup and cleansers. Eating really well & lots of plantbased food also slightly helps.

Honestly I don’t get why people are surprised at how similar vegan meat and real meat taste. I’m pretty sure it’s the seasoning that gives the meat it’s flavor which is why plant based meat is easy to season.
