If they weren't so desperate to straight-up copyright Elden Ring, this would've been a decent souls-like game. I can see they were trying to mix things up a bit in the genre, taking elements from Dragon's Dogma and Shadow of the Colossus with the climbing mechanic. But with the amount of bugs and the absence of any originality, pretty much nets you an overall, average $20-sale-in-the-bargain bin game.

I rather eat 3 Mcroyal and spend another 10 hours in Elden Ring. I thought about this multiple times, there is just no reason to buy these indie games, its not an achievement if you complete them... You never play them again. Its a waste of time. Really the only good in it is that it has a reasonable price tag.
@@lordcarl3094 The game is fun with fluid movement and some good bosses. It is a mixture of Sekiro and Bloodborne but on indie level. Also stealing enemy's abilities to use for yourself is a dope idea.
@@MIOrko Now that you mentioned it, yes i remember the ability steal. I think one of the first games that had a similar mechanic was Final Fantasy, it was interesting to see that in a different type of game. You can definitely add that to the positives with the price and i'll give you the benefit of the doubt about fluid movement.
fromsoft should sue these guys for stealing their animations and assets
I don't care what anyone says, considering this was made by three dudes, it's amazing and much better than what most big teams are putting out in the triple A community lately. 3 dudes, many bugs, ok, expected. A team of hundreds putting out an unfinished game with day one patches and sometimes a year later still a mess, there's no excuse to justify it.
refunded the game after only 30 minutes, I couldnt stand how bad the controls felt, and how janky the movement was. It made even the first encounters an absolute pain to engage in.
Linus cameo was gold.
Elden ring - "Hey that's mine!"
Bleak faith - "Ahh didn't realize mate. Bought it from the pawn shop"
This isnt even bargain bin Elden Ring, this is bargain bin Demon Souls 🤣
I mean its clearly inspired by DS1 and Blame!. I don't think anyone ever compared it to Elden Ring except for the people new to the Souls games and had DS3 or Elden Ring as their first souls game.
@Dio-xo9rv Hahahahaha!
Thats a good one 😂
@Dio-xo9rv Not even reading all of that, stay mad lmao.
@Dio-xo9rv I didn't tho, keep liking your own comments btw.
Your insecurity is hilarious to me 😂
@Dio-xo9rv Anyone who calls his own points "valid" regarding which video game is the best isnt worth arguing with.
If I want to talk to a wall then there are plenty in my house to do that with, I dont need you for that.
Have fun seething that you're not getting what you want "mutt" 😉
why in the world would they release an unfinished and copied from elden ring game???
That's a lawsuit right?
It seems that the preview version was better.
Then they added some stuff and fxxx it up.
Let s pray for a quick and good patch.
World is nice to explore.
Its been updated dude. Might want to change your caption on your video. Its not that bad anymore.
how much better is it now? saw this game on PS5 and am thinking about getting it when it comes out
So this is what Dark Souls look like if the Cyberpunk team made it.
Fitting name for the game at least
i can clearly see where the inspiration comes from. the whole game is just like spin-off of that one location from death's gambit "garde tum". the setting, the enemies, the location its pretty similar and actually i like the idea, garde tum is one of my favorite from all the souls-like games. its very unique and original, but execution didn't seem flawless, at least they tried.
2:50 60% of elden ring bosses be like:
Elden ring with only 1 giant boss:
@@izawa9211 ehhhh
Stondigger troll, gargoyle, golem, fire giant. That's definitely more than 1
shame because the world design is impressive. we're gonna need 300 patches lol
Game is good now. This video was uploaded when game was released
wasnt bleak faith made my by 3 guys ?
Made by 3 people. I bought this game just out of respect for the creators.
All these people defending the game with “ItS mAdE bY 3 pEoPlE.” As if it takes more than 1 person to see this is dog shit.
And they charged a premium for it.
As Josh Strife Hayes would say "If Elden Ring was made on Wish"
That flashing had me dead
Man I almost picked this game up yesterday. Glad I waited cause I would have been pissed.
2:04 Fast forwarding and it still takes that long to die, impressive!
Damn...I was really hopin to see Asmon say like oh shiiiit this game is dope but damn looks like it was dope looking but playing it is a completely different case....the trailers and gameplay vids looked interesting but yeah a team of 3 developers didn't get my hopes up too insanely high
Use your eyes instead if relying on someone to hype you up lol, the fuck?
So scuffed that if this game had their own Vaati lore channel, the narrator would be speaking in a thick chinese accent.
This looks like if you have Elden Ring...but take everything good out of it
Sooo.... Its Elden Ring..... From Amazon...
Also, 1:22 Thats a tactical flash bang bro, imagine playing this without the lights on and do this move
playing deepwoken would be a better time investment than playing this crap
If it's your passion project how you can release it in such state?
That's just a scam
Good god this is worse than a discount Dark Souls. The quality of this game is abysmal. A small dev team is no excuse if you look at Mortal Shell which is a really good souls like.
I never really expect much out of "souls-like". No one makes them quite like FromSoft does. Not saying there aren't good souls-likes, it's just that most devs don't quite get the formula down properly.
