What's Angelina's software technology niche? embedded / real-time /robotics, cloud / systems integration, business ... AI is mixing these up. I would like to know where is best to go in Negros Oriental, and whether it can leverage more opportunities, than just being Manila (rarely Cebu IT, and even saw one job in Bacolod). Davao imho will utilise those (safely) far from China internet cables to do Cloud / BPO etc, and that could be Human Assisted AI.
