Fault Finding On a Coffee Machine Power Control Board

This is a video about some actual electronics process control content. a short video of a fault finding on a power control board used in a fully automatic coffee machine.
the board controls the power outputs to the grinders. Also has the inputs for the safety circuits to power a relay to engauge power to the grinders. plus has a mains filter which goes off to the 24v power supply.
the reported fault was the machine would intermitantly start grinding and juddering without any input from the operator and large amount of dry coffee grounds in the draw. this was diagnosed as a faulty control board. we give a brief explanation to componets like opto-couplers and triacs there uses and how they work if anybodys interested.
