    - I use 3x9 for my containers. It makes for easier sectioning and stacking.
    - Fix what you can from the dumpster finds before selling to increase your handiness.
    - For immersion, place the broken furniture on your lot. Make it look like a junkyard until you can get the eco-vacuum. This gives the look of " I'll fix it someday."
    - Soy bushes around your neighborhood have food and wax for candle making.
    - Vote at the community center board to transform it into a maker area and access to crafting workstations.
    - Not really needed as much now but at the second dumpster, the building next to it is a bar (The Caboose). Also, the second floor of the community center should have bathrooms.

I think I use 3x8 containers. Maybe 3x9 is better.
      That's a good idea!
That's a very good idea! The only reason I don't want to do it is because I want to find the items I can use right now or just sell the junk. It may make it a bit too easy otherwise. But I may change it! Do you know if they can find lamps in the dumpster as well?
I don't know if I want to make candles, but getting food from it is good!
      Thank you, good to know!
