Jon is a total Rock Star in Sinapore. He does sessions and I do believe produces. He is the real deal. when I grow up I would like to play more like him and less like me... more like Paul Stanley from Kiss. I did the chords and driving the band. The standard of instrument you can get for that sort of money is incredible, I can remember when spending £300+ would possibly get you something passable so you could get out gigging. Now you can get an instrument which will never hold you back musically.

@@sportcompactdc5 Yes, guitars, pedals, keyboards, synths, even traditional instruments are becoming affordable without sacrificing quality. The only thing you can't buy is talent and you still need to put in the hard work, but money is (almost) no longer a limitation to make great music.

I don't know how to call it exactly: some kind of balance, calmness or atmosphere that he is creating that kept me watching whole 18 minutes of this video and at the end I had feelling that I want to see/hear more of it :) This is the guy you want to drink a beer, chat a little bit and play a jam session with...

Oh, that's a beauty. I've had my strat style HB Fusion II HSH with roasted maple for a bit more than a month now and I love it, especially the roasted maple neck. I just wish they made the Fusion-T with traditional single coil pickups since I'm such a huge fan of that single coil sound.
Well...we can only wait...I would really like a nashville Tele with a trem!!! hahah✌🤓

Cody Burgess - yes surprisingly hard to find a tele style with floating trem, conventional hard tails or ashtray’s a plenty. Single coils would have been sweet. Im sure HB might consider. The ashtray bridge / string through, coupled with the pickup design - which is unique to the tele - give its distinctive sound @ bridge. Personally I love the body, neck, headstock and general clean, classic lines. A comfort cut brings it close to Strat playability.

Great guitar, great play. A tele with tremelo is something special I would say😜. Love your playing, it brings back my memories from the late seventies when I listened a lot to Larry Carlton (and to music along his style), nice👍. Thanks Jonathan

Two things.
Firstly, super jealous because I've been drooling over these guitars since I've seen them. lol.
Secondly, from the second you started playing, between the trem and swells, that told me I was in for a great listening experience. I mean, that's always the case, but something about that was just magical.

Love the tone on Humbucker clean, really nice Jazz tone, the bridge sounded great dirty and in the middle position clean you could easily have mistake it for a tele. The fret board looks amazing. You seemed to play easy closest to the bridge, where I often struggle...lol. The split coil position sounded pretty good too. It looks great, beautiful even. This is another guitar on my wish list, I like the HB Fusion pro too, the one shown hanging on your wall on the left in this video. Thank you Thomann for sending this to Jonathan, and Jonathan thank you for demoing this beauty. Amazing value for money. I have a HB ES35 Plus, it's one of my favourite guitars in my collection of 15, did two mods, pick ups and Tuners, sounds and plays brilliant.

Watched your video on the Harley Benton Fusion-T HH Roasted FNT, and I will have to say I was thinking about buying this guitar, but watching your video sold me, I ordered one a few days ago, and should be here in about 9 or 10 days. I got the Fusion-T HH HT Roasted FNT with the fixed hard tail bridge. On you video Jonathan you played that Fusion-T so darn well, I'm a lover of jazz guitar, and you are such a great player, the sounds you made on that guitar were so good ........ I live about 35 miles South of Reno, Nevada

Absolutely great Fusion Jazz sound (with the neck pup and in the middle position). The by Thomann released Harley Benton models seem to become better and better over the years. I have a quite old HB tele (also with two humbuckers) which seems to be light-years away from the quality Thomann is offering today. Btw. nice playing - like always :-)

Was thinking of buying that as it’s a Tele style but humbuckers and a trem. When you played the different pickups then went on to ‘splitcoil’ - this was something I did not know about! Sold! Now off to Thomann to buy one.... 👍

I got a guitar. A humbucker doesn’t work at the neck, it’s also crooked. Jack's pad is not completely twisted, and the lid of the volume pateniometer rubs against the deck apparently.! :(

Great guitar. Versatile. Well built. LOTS of clarity. The Roswell pickups tend to cut through very well and may be a little bright, but you warm up that tone simply by dialing back the tone as needed or using a graphic EQ. Great review Jonathan of what this guitar can do. Thanks!

I'm seriously thinking about getting this one in black .I bought a SC Custom plus but the maple top wasn't the best so sending it back .I've since fallen for the Teles .Just picked up the stealth black TE 20 HH SBK you reviewed cos it sounded so good in your hands and if I get on with it I might change my SCCustom plus for one of these beauties
