He can get it from something as big as monstercat, UKF, or he can get it straight from the music authors themselves, he can also get them from other people that make mixes just like him like suicide sheep or liquid EDM. Hard to say if he truly gets them from there, but that's where they come from.
I hope you know it's just song after song with some fade ins and outs; then add picture to background (maybe some minor editing to make it look flashy) and add self-made text in pretty font and colors with a photo editing program like photoshop or gimp. All you need is something that you can make videos with, and the time and patience to continue.

All you need is something that you can make videos with, and the time and patience to continue.
I had thought they were actually edited by the uploader. If you're just donated songs put into a mix, that's something else entirely.
