SLS London: England’s Legacy

England has a long & rich skate history. From the historic Radlands contests in the 1990’s which helped put guys like Geoff Rowley, Tom Penny & more English skaters on the map, to Southbank which has been skated since the 1970’s.

If they open it back up they should make it the same as it was before. I remember the old bank to vert. I used to love the run to that blast up that wall frontside , never got near the top but I gave my all. Natas frontside grinded it. Wowww !!!!

Interesting that they managed to reach an arrangement involving the landowners, who could have made a fortune through redevelopment. I can’t imagine that they gave up those plans willingly or without compensation?
