Ang ganda ng design pro gsto ko pag ganito ang ipapagawa ko na bahay isa lng cr sa taas at sa ibaba
One of the best designs.pero sana tig isa na lang ang cr sa bawat floor.sayang ang space sa upper floor eh.great addition ang laundry sa loob..good design talaga.

I like this! I would just do the ff: 1. only one CR sa 2nd floor. Sliding glass leading to roofdeck. Then steel awning over the entire roofdeck.

Nice, gusto ko sana gayahin lay out sir, kso gusto ko alternate nasa right sede po ang main door at terrace at ung master bedroom sa taas po is nasa unhan ksi plan ko sana po lagyan small terrace para sa master bedroom sa taas salamat. Ng marami godbless
Pwedeng pwede po maam. Basta need po ng civil engr para po sa structural analysis. 2 storey po kase kaya need ng structural analysis

Hi lheyah. Here in the Philippines rough finish will cost around 15k/sq.m., while a standard finish costs 25k/sq.m. i cant give a detailed estimate bacause it will depend on your preference architecturally.
