Hi I would like to ask re: our situation. We are building a house. We are already paying for the land. We were supposed to start the build last August until the Council Permit came back. They did not approve our permit as our proposed build is casting an overshadow to our neighbors. The builder proposed another floor plan. We opt to chose a single storey house. Our concern do we have to re apply the loan. Or the bank will just update with our new contract? Thanks
