in most cafes or Bubble Tea shops, everything is using Syrups and Flavored Sugars. but here a lot is handmade with fresh fruits.

No, it was turbinado sugar, a less refined form of white sugar. You should be able to substitute white sugar. I think brown sugar would be too molasses tasting for this, interfering with the strawberry flavor b

You know what..I feel like working in a cafe is a satisfying work...like you can enjoy your work and do your job at the same time.
I really need to work here, so soft things, no stressful, really peaceful ambient and nice people. I'm 18 and work stresses me a lot, then it seems totally different, I think I felt at peace in this cafe.

My husband made me strawberry every summer in Sweden because they have very sweet local strawberries there and I so love it.

I really love how most korean cafes only uses organic ingredients instead of using alot of dyes to make their food pretty. And the cozy environment uwu❤ I really need to go to korea for vacations when I'm older ugh❤❤

This cafe is the natural enemy of lactose intolerant people... 😅
A lot of Asian people are lactose intolerant (including me) so we usually incorporate lactaid or an Asian equivalent brand to it in our drinks!
Lac intolerant but I'd love to try everything! We take pills with lactase to help us break down the lactose :)

@@ange38882 It's just lactase, the enzyme responsible to break down lactose, in pill form. Just go to your local chemist and ask for lactase pills. There are also different units which determines the strength. I usually get the 9000 lactase units because my body is shit as. I buy the Lacteeze Ultra Double Strength as that works v well for me. Good luck! If you're in Australia, it's a bit tricky to source but Terry White and Chemist Warehouse should stock them.

This looks amazing, I wish there were shops like this here in my part of Canada. Most small cafes shut down due to lack of business, and everybody goes to McDonalds or Tim Hortons instead of supporting local businesses.
I feel that on a spiritual level. I'm from a small Canadian city, and there's nowhere to get anything remotely close to this, so fresh and made with such care... Sigh. That's why we watch these videos, I guess.
