It’s not for you! You just read through the noise. It is for one who has the ability to infinitely refract the light into possibility. Not the kind of possibility like thinking outside the box. The kind where if you were asked to imagine all the true and possible futures of our world, and plot it on a graph, the graph would only stretch to the limits of your own possibilities. Your own limits. Your own imagination, as finite and human and frail and faulty as it is. If we were to ask this person to imagine a future, the light they refract would create a logarithmic line that stretched to infinity itself. This is a test of wits, a maze game to see if they are true. If they really can break out of the coffin they were stuffed in with their heart cut out. Spun around so they may only stumble in the dark towards the light switch by intuition. I’m not sure if it’s a game to destroy them or a gambit created by a being of darkness to prove that this refractor is true. Does an assault of noise that packs the dirt in on infinity so tight it believes there is no escape from the dark count as an act of good or evil if it’s the only thing that would get it to activate?
