Whenever I played in the medical career on the sims, I usually just look carefully at the patient. They give you clues on what’s wrong with them with their thought bubbles.
THIS.....this is what works best. I actually found what some of the bubbles mean to help.
Okay so boom , here’s a little cheat sheet to help you out hopefully. I’ve learned a few different things from playing the doctor career So when they have Gas and Giggles check for some of these symptoms: (they’ll be laughing at random times and might even pass gas but things to really pay attention for is if they’ll rub their stomachs or they’ll start thinking about thermometers indicating their feverish)
Bloaty head: (steam may come out of their ears and you’ll catch them rubbing their temples)
Sweaty shivers: (they’ll have those weird orange spots on their body and they’ll also think about the thermometer and may be itchy)
Starry eyes: (I think the easiest way to spot that is by checking their eyes they’ll basically go crossed eyes and swirls will form around their head and they might have swirls on their body)
llama flu: (Keep an eye on them to see if they’ll sneeze or cough)
Itchy plumbob: they’ll usually have a rash that looks like tiger stripes or spots and they’ll be scratching like crazy). Also just try giving x-rays that’ll help out a lot too it usually tells their symptoms.
I know these are sims but to see Nya making these memories with her daughter that she wasn't able to make with her biological mom is just so amazing!. You have done amazing work with the James family Dee
One thing that I think that helps is just click on every thing under examine patient. ( check ears eyes temp scan everything in that section.) Make sure Nya is in a great mood that helps as well. See if you can rescan the sample. Talk with the patient a bit and get to know them. Soo I found this article that has a list of all the diseases and their symptoms. Ok here goes:
1. In order to cheat the job performance (if you have UI cheats) is to right click it. Same for promotion/job tasks.
2. If you have ran all of the tests on the bed and analyzed the sample, keep trying the treadmill and xray. It should keep increasing your diagnosis until you get compelling.
3. When you click on your patient for the first time on the bed, move the camera to the patient as your sim walks to them as the sickness animation plays so you can get an idea of what you are dealing with.
It gets a bit easier as you play more and just pay attention to the symptoms.
Steam out of ears =bloaty head etc.

What I do is focus on the task and complete them in order to get a better chance at a promotion. The higher you are in your career the better you are at diagnosing. Another tip is pay attention to their symptoms. I looked up all the sicknesses and their traits and it made it a lot easier to find out what’s wrong with the patient.

If you still don’t get a diagnosis then do the x-ray and treadmill run .
And still nothing ? Check the computers or transfer her case
What I found to help was getting better in logic. Once I did that my diagnosis got way better!! Also pay attention to what their symptoms are.

Can you do a tutorial on how you navigate your camera? I can never turn the camera 360 around really quick like you. I know a tutorial would get a lot of views. A lot of people struggle with the sims 4 camera options

Maybe you should turn one of the empty rooms into a dance room for baby jaci so nyas office wouldn’t have to be the dance room or you could put a dance mirror for her in jaci’s room like mirror in Paris room when she was a little girl 👧
When I played I just ran all the tests I could until I got a compelling diagnosis. You may need to raise her logic skill too. Research medical stuff on the computer. Log the things you analyze. That helps. But keep running tests until you get compelling diagnosis with one option.
