I have this sound card but when I plug it into my Windows 7 PC or my Windows 10 PC, the drivers are not installed correctly and the card is not recognized and does not work. Could you enlighten me? THANKS
Hi , it works for me fine. You just need to add the device to whatever software you are going to use as it will not be captured by the software automatically. In my end i added it ,for example if i am using my obs you’ll need to add it from audio input source and find the ‘headphone’ or whatever driver installed in your PC when you use it using your pc for the first . And on your first used the driver will be automatically installed. Might be name will not be the same ‘lockchonk’ as the driver name “HEADPHONE” and you’ll notice them in the down right corner of your pc. You will notice that there is an audio connected to your pc. Ce n'est pas reconnu automatiquement dans le Windows 7 j'ai un message d'erreur. Pilote de périphérique n'a pas pu être installé.
Par contre c'est bizarre parce que en insistance sur mon windows 10 ça a fini par fonctionner. Mais sur le PC que j'en ai le plus besoin c'est sur celui qui a mon Windows 7 avec Ableton. Je suis en galère ça fonctionne pas je sais pas comment faire
There is a lot of rustling in the background. why?
Must be the background noise i did not use sound card for the mic while unwrapping it. Just using my phone to record the clip

Did you need to download a driver to use it in a DAW?
Once you plugged it in your computer it automatically detects the driver and installed itself. My side I just plug it in my computer and it works for me , this is the cheapest AUDIO INTERFACE I bought with better sound quality.
