Nikita, I can’t thank you enough for this video. I got into a mess when my email marketer send a welcome flow to 33,000 old subscribers when we just transitioned to Klaviyo. This lead to all emails going to spam afterwards. Is it better to warm up that same domain although it might takes MONTHS or just buy a new similar domain and use that one?
Glad you enjoyed the vid! It depends on how bad the current open rates are, if they’re above 10% it’s worth recovering if it’s below id go for a new domain.
@ thank you!!!!! Appreciate your fast response. It’s literally 0 now everything got damaged and goes to spam. It’s crazy, so Ill just move to a new domain and warm up slowly from there :) thanks again
Yes that’s the goal, the sending domain you verify should match all email communications. You can setup a subdomain for replies if that helps with your organization. Hope this helps
Hey Nikita, also working through the static set up. When adding the TXT part my cpanel doesn't allow for @ or for it to be left blank. Did you have any suggestions.@@NikitaVakhrushevTV
I need your help please, I'm trying to do this from the google admin console but I can't find a way to modify the DNS records for my domain, can you please help me?
@@NikitaVakhrushevTV It's at Google and the problem is that I can't access it while others can on RUclips. I don't understand, but I'm the administrator of my account. Do you think you can help me? I've contacted you on insta.
Thank you for this! If we don't use Google, just Klaviyo to send out emails, how can I confirm that it's set up correctly since I don't have a Google Admin dashboard?
Awesome video...Thank you Nikita. This was much easier than expected, and we're surprised it wasn't explained more clearly by Klaviyo. 🤷♂ Thank you!
Glad you liked it! Yea it's definitely a lot simpler than the klaviyo documentation lol!

Hey, I can’t see that unsubscribe header in my previously sent emails. Do I have to add something in order to see the unsubscribe header?
It should be automatically added by klaviyo.
Nice video! I have a question. I don’t need to setup a subdomain at my domain provider, right? I just type in Klaviyo „send“ and that’s it?
Yep, that's correct, klaviyo automatically sets up the sending subdomain for you
@@NikitaVakhrushevTV nice, thanks!
What about DKIM, I thought you need that in order to have DMARC in how the hierarchy of authentication goes?
You're correct, you do need DKIM, DKIM is automatically setup when you use a dedicated sending domain, which is shown in the tutorial.
Is it ok to set the "sending domain" word to the same word that is our main "reply to" email? Essentially making them identical. Thanks!

@@NikitaVakhrushevTVthis is in reference to the “sending SUB domain”?
Yes
Great video, one question on the dmarc policy… does this need to be on the root domain and the sub email domain? Or just the root? Thanks
Thanks! Email service providers only need to verify the root domain.
Thank you. I followed all of your steps.
Hello! I can't find ns record would I use cname?
Yes you would have to go through a static setup and use CName
Did you have a video on this? I'm trying to work out also how to do it static as cpanel doesn't offer NS only cname @@NikitaVakhrushevTV
Hey Nikita, also working through the static set up. When adding the TXT part my cpanel doesn't allow for @ or for it to be left blank. Did you have any suggestions.@@NikitaVakhrushevTV
The @ or blank purely depends on each individual domain provider. Try putting @ and saving, if an error comes up, then leave it blank see if it saves

You would have to go to your domain provider, like namecheap, google domains, etc. where is your domain hosted?

Did you buy the domain through google domains?

I would recommend using mxtoolbox.com/SuperTool.aspx then, its also a good tool to see how your records are setup. Hope this helps!
super awesome, tnx brotha
You bet
I cant find an NS record on shopify domain
