I think this song tells about a "toxic relationship", about a person who is obsessed about another. Lives and breaths from him. Those words tells about the person who is the toxicated one like a "parasite who drains the another one" "But the cake was a lie All way long Feel how it drains the life away Everything's shared as long as it Just comes from me" It feels like the only joy comes from him, that the relationship is just a lie in a camouflag of one. It drains him slowly but surely.
