Hotel is average at best. Rooms are ok but layout by pools means its always windy. Food is bland and tasteless with same options every night. There are no dairy-free alternatives (either food or drink). Mention allergies at desk and you get no help. Some staff are ok but most are rude and unhelpful. As a resort, evening entertainment is pure Benidorm (bingo on second night ffs). Spa is good but v. expensive. Sunny Beach is a dump - poor Benidorm clone with appalling pavements, roads and people. Nessebar is boring and Sveti Vlas is the most pretentious place I've been.
