@@Robert-mm3jo To that I recommend doing Shadow Work. This is learning who you truly are, the parts of you that are hidden in you're shadow. I felt drained many times in the past to, since I have learned these parts I am practically never drained anymore, always full Vigor.
@@WitchyDreamsNL I just may try that...thank you...I am very empathic, and everytime I am in a group of people I get really tired, irritable, and almost suffocating...seems like the older I get the worse it becomes....also get "future visions"?...not exactly sure what to call it...I think foresight might be the right word....what really feels bad is when I would tell people what I felt was going to happen almost exactly, they get this unbelieving look,and acted like I was crazy...then of course it would happen which made it worse, then they would look at me like I caused it....I got tired of telling everyone, they choose not to listen anyway
