Well I think the most important thing when it comes to gratitude is not to compare yourself to other people…which can be hard, but if you are too focused on what somebody else has you will feel really removed from your own life. I think gratitude brings stability and appreciation for what you have.
Psalms 100:4 (I will) Enter his gates (my worship and prayer) with thanksgiving (in my heart) and his (most inner presence) with praise. Give thanks to him, bless his (holy) name. 🙏🕊️😇
Exactly. Tomorrow is not promised to no one. Rejoice in the Lord always! Philippians 4:12-13 English Standard Version 12 I know how to be brought low, and I know how to abound. In any and every circumstance, I have learned the secret of facing plenty and hunger, abundance and need. 13 I can do all things through him who strengthens me.
As a corollary just yesterday read the following scripture🙏and learned that being ungrateful is not just bad, it's close to being evil, and (that) gratitude is literally biblical (and not just a virtue)😅🙏Luke 6:35-36: "But love your enemies, do good to them, and lend to them, expecting nothing in return. Then your reward will be great, and you will be sons of the Most High; for He is kind to the ungrateful* and wicked. Be merciful, just as your Father is merciful"(...)
