If you are referring to the ones looking outside the marathon viewports, technically aren't BoB's as BoB's are those who are born on the Marathon and it seems to have just gotten ready to depart Earth. As for the ones in armor dragging the guy who seems to have threw up in their helmet, those are updated versions of the Vacuum Bobs from Marathon Infinity.

Born on Board (BOB) for the uninitiated. BOBs are people born on the Marathon ship, not on Earth, not on Mars, and not on Tau Ceti IV. In the OG Marathon games, you had to rescue the BOB civilians from an invasion on the Marathon ship by the Pfhor race.

I've been following the game since it was announced. I'm delighted with the setting and gameplay. The way it looks, sounds, and how you keep improving it every time fills me with excitement. I think it's going to be an incredible game.
However, myself and others in the CIS region are currently facing a significant issue related to the inability to play your projects due to the “Tapir” error.
The same error occurred for those who were able to access Marathon during alpha testing.
My friends and I are eagerly awaiting the release of Marathon, and we are impressed with the work you have done. We have already pre-ordered the game, and it would be very disappointing to encounter such an unfortunate limitation. Please tell us, can we expect to be able to play together at release, or will we be forced to request a refund?

I rarely write comments, but I am so inspired by the game that I couldn't pass it by. If anyone else from the CIS is reading this, let's bump this comment to the top so it gets noticed.

2nd closed beta test was pretty fun. It won't hit as hard for the general population like Arc Raiders did since its more hardcore, but I think it will establish a solid player base like Tarkov or Hunt Showdown.
EDIT: Apparently its not evident I was saying Marathon is a more hardcore experience as opposed to Arc Raiders, so here's the edit clarifying what I meant to say.
“Hardcore” the amount of times I have heard people say “don’t shoot, im friendly” and if you do kill them you get hate messages saying what a bad person you are. Even the Reddit is filled with calling people out who don’t respect the “don’t shoot” rule. lol, but it’s a pvp game? Not really. Arc is a PvE game at its core. They added PvP last minute because they knew it would not survive without it. Marathon is for people who actually want to PvP and not just loot and kill npc’s. Even though the npc’s in arc are very challenging and amazing to fight against.
@itsglo6810 I think you need to reread my message... I'm saying that since Marathon will be a more hardcore experience then Arc it won't find as big of an audience. I don't even play Arc. Game is resident sleeper to me. My main shooter is Hunt Showdown where if you ask someone to be "friendly" your answer is buckshot to the gut.

I love the artstyle, music, sound design in the trailers. i really hope you can actually do something with the cat in games or have it be a pet that follows and maybe helps find loot. i hope they add a real solos and duos mode though, otherwise the game will inevitably struggle to reach its potential. its already happened to apex and the finals. i hope this is good 🦔❄
