I have created multiple testcases which need to be run in an order and created a test set for the testcases and running from orchestrator. It is running properly in an order. But when I am linking the same test set in an Test Manager, test cases are running in random order and my test cases are getting failed. Could you please help in this.

As of now we don't have any way to keep the test cases to be executed in an order.
How to link manual test sets created in Test manager to orchestrator ?
There is no option to link testsets from test manager to orchestrator. Only you can link from orchestrator to test manager

For Test Execution, you need to configure your machine to the folder where a test robot license is allocated.
When I execute the test case from the Orchestrator testing tab, Automation is in a pending state. How to fix this issue?
