Go to the shooting range with a scoped gun (any, even a cheap one), aim, then to settings > custom layouts, reduce the size of the settings button then try to place it where the scope aims. You can reduce transparency a bit for more visibility when aiming
You cant compare M110 with M16. Comparing M4A1 with M16 is more realistic due to the same caliber, although, i personally prefer M16, its easier to 1 burst headshot people, easier than M4, but M4 is better in some scenarios,
