You need to watch his stream to get it, but its like = v trigger + v skill, ⬇↘➡ + HP- cancel to v trigger and cancel again to the ⬇↘➡ + HP and CA

That is a very slow Menat.
what does the commentator mean by scale?
'Scaling' refers to how much the damage of certain moves decreases as you continue a combo.
The first move of a combo always does 100% of it's damage, the second does 90%, the third does 80% etc, capping at 10%. The damage 'scales' down as the combo continues. Scaling also occurs when the opponent being attacked is low on health.
Also, in SF5, Critical Arts will only scale down as far as 50% damage.
Usually cheer for the underdog. But Menat players are the exception, love watching them lose almost as much as watching MenaRD lose. Haters gon' hate!
