Demopan is truly a salesman at heart. Despite BF obviously telling him that he won't buy and stout shakos, Demopan just won't give up that easily. One side note: I'm very disappointed that, despite the song name. Demopan did not pan anyone during the entire song, he just ram into them

this is really relatable because i spent a couple minutes chasing a medic as demopan on the comunity server that had the really long 2 fort bridge and sewers when he almost reached their spawn lmao
demoman is not using a pan, he's using the persian persuader because he wouldn't be charging that fast with a regular shield! all those ammo packs that he kill people with extended his charge
In the end all he wanted was a deal, demopan is not an evil being but one who seeks his true purpose. He only wishes to trade a stout shako for two refined metals so that he may finally rest.
