Hey sir I would like to correct you on one thing I was using shiprocket before then due to weight despencery I show Ur video before u have uploaded then I shifted to pickrr it's working well I wanted to correct that in pickr u have to talk to Ur agent assigned to you he will enable the option then u can manually choose delivery partner company to deliver and if u don't want to add money toh Ur wallet u can also say to Ur assigned agent he will change that to another in which when Ur parcel is deliver from cod amount courier charges will be deducted ! Thinking to try I think logistic and u are putting great content really helpful thanks!😀

i had same issue . They apply wrong weight discrepancies 15 days after the package is delivered without any proof and they ask you to give proof. My balance is also in minus and i m not giving a single penny to shiprocket.

They are also fraud around 20% I would say. have been using them for 1year. lot of fake remarks of shipments especially from Delhivery and xpressbees huge fraud happening. and you as a seller totally helpless and can't do much and they just mint money out of your pocket.
