The once awesome flying artifacts have crumbled and fallen, now most of it resides on or under the ocean below, with the technological marvels of teleportation broken just like the rest, and is treacherous to traverse, with a single misstep causing you to fall down to the ocean floor and drown. The boss of the zone is an old, abandoned badnik: Mecha Sonic MKII. Its attacks are similar to the original battle, but more erratic, with no down time until it briefly shorts out, becoming vulnerable.

I feel like the fact that this remix is one big The Coffin of Andy and Leyley joke (and thus incorporates melodic elements from it) kind of ends up invalidating it for such a purpose tbh.
Unless you end up deciding to make the easter egg some kind of weird multipurpose combination, I don't really think using this specific remix would make sense.
