Cool idea! Just some completely random non-build-related thoughts - wine bottles with metallic caps should not be stored upside down since the metal in the cap will spoil the taste of the wine. Bottles with cork have to be upside down so that the cork wouldn't dry and go fragile. And those are cognac glasses. Oh well, I warned those were completely random thoughts. About the build - great job!

good job but you are taking a risk not using a push-stick on the table saw!

what is the name of the vise you used to to make the angle holes and what would you suggest to use if you didn't have one. I love this video

It's called a kreg Jig. I have the more stationary higher end version. They also make a 20$ version that does the same thing at home depot.
Harbor Freight also makes one as well. The Kreg jig is also known as a pocket hole jig. If you don't want to spend the money on the jig some simple glue and clamps will work as well. You just need to wait for it to dry.

There are several factors in doing a pro job. One place I found which succeeds in merging these is the Pavas Grape Plan (check it out on google) without a doubt the no.1 info that I have ever heard of. Check out this great website.
