Gian Tianyi has much better forehand than Wang Mangyu even they have similar physical stature. Wang Mangyu struggles with forehand during looping especially during inside attack. However, Wang Mangyu backhand is dangerous.

If she can improve in this area, she is definitely able to proceed further up the world ranking. The way Qian TY played the last 3 games (of the total 5) was mind-boggling, probably the Best I've witnessed of her? Pre-Covid I thot Qian TY could go far in her career when in a season-ending Grand Finals she led Chen Meng 3-0 in their 1st round match b4 losing 3-4 [then Ch Meng was the Best WS player! ]. But recently, Qian TY lost to Chen XT tamely as Chen XT claimed the 5th spot in the China squad for the ITTF WTTC 2022, and some mths ago was practically thrashed by a young chopper from Japan? Let's see if she could retain this form in the last 4 knock-out phase 🙏🙏
錢天一今次的表現很出色心理素質亦很好，能將自己的潛能和球技發揮出來，若她以往不是受到教練團的忽略栽培和訓練，很小機會給她出外參賽吸收大賽經驗，她的球技應該比今天更好，錢天一，繼續努力加油，但教練組人員亦應該盡量給與她多些機會參賽為國家效力。💯💯👍👍💪💪

莎莎输给平野美宇那场赛后， 我觉得平野美宇的反手可能是女子第一了， 其流畅迅捷， 在王曼昱，陈梦和陈幸同身上好像都没看到过。 但这场比赛天一的反手我觉得比平野更凶更快。可惜最近这次的明星挑战赛表现的太不好了。看到她振作起来了很高兴。
