- My real life review of the iPhone 15 Pro Max after 8 months. I used my recent vacation as an example of how this phone can be REALLY useful. From the action button, the camera, USB-C and more, this smartphone is unmatched!

I think that often times those who complain about poor battery life do not know how to manage their battery. I have an iPhone 12, which still has excellent battery life, but I have tried my best to preserve that. I don’t use fast charging, I don’t run my phone super bright all the time and I have my options managed so that they are set to preserve battery life not allowing a bunch of apps to use GPS or enable push notifications.
I definitely agree with you because I've had my iPhone 15 pro max since 3 months and it's working perfectly ok for me
Agreed. Still rocking my launch day 13 Pro with 87% battery capacity. Easily lasts a full day.
Super handsome guy! Love that casing, wishing to have it as a present for my birthday! ❤❤❤
Walking around Mexico at night ? That sounds dangerous
I’m with you, absolutely no idea why some people complain about the 15 pro max battery, for me it’s easily as good as the 14 pro max, if not better, I always get a full day of very heavy usage, or two days of medium to light use
Still the best phone to date
So true. The 15 Pro is amazing tech. Apple ProRes Log is NOT scary. It's an easy workflow. Cheap Neewer rig + cheap USB-C 3.0 hub + old SanDisk 1TB SSD + Shure MV88+ Mic. Bring enormous Log file into Premiere, apply wonderful FreeLab conversion LUT + minor color tweaks, and export. Beautiful results. I shot stills at a science fair in open sun with dappled shade that would destroy my Canon R6 - the 15 Pro handled it beautifully, no fuss.
I like the action button but think it’ll get more use if they move it down to the bottom left instead of above the volume up button.
I have almost all my background activity shut off. My 14 pro max (day one) still on 96%
My 14 pro max also is doing well too , battery health at 97% .
I would not mind the newer model, but the old one still works very well indeed .
I could easily get another 3 or 4 year’s out of it i think.
It’s nice to have the new shiny latest and greatest every year, but if you keep them for some years , that’s a fair wad of cash you could put towards something else.
It's so good all the people I know who has it loves the overheating feature, keeps their hand warm in the winter time. Amazing.
no
Can’t wait to upgrade my 14 max to the 16 max. Gonna be a decent upgrade after 2 years, and get the 15 features plus the new ones.
The sound signature from the 14 ProMax while listening to Bluetooth speakers on 🍎 music is ridiculous. I have a 15 ProMax as my day to day phone. The 14 ProMax is strictly for music purposes & nothing else.😊
I totally agree with you, same thing here
Do you use a case in daily life or go caseless?
Does yours gets warm when using safari on cellular data?
I keep every single phone Ive ever owned, about 8 android and 2 iPhones, all of them get warm to some extent when using them .
I know both languages I don’t need translation
Beast
Besides my battery losing it's health fast, everything is OK
