    Thank you for this video. Turns out i was "cheating " certains pulls mainly not being at chest level.

      Well, training with the chest expander is different to performing official lifts

    I'm getting one of these to bring with me in a suitcase when I go and do some fieldwork (no gym). Im also gonna get a chest crusher (one of the cheap ones though).
    Do you have any other recommendations for pieces of equipment I could take with me?
    Thanks

      I actually teach how to use the chest expander and other bronze era techniques that require very little equipment but allow you to develop a fantastic physique. Interested? Email me goldenerabookworm@gmail.com

    In your research ,have you ever found a protocol to widen the hips and pelvis?
    It appears to not be possible,outside of childbirth( which is impossible to me), but recent studies have shown that pelvis continues to grow during life.
    I know that is not a target for bodybuilders, but hips and pelvis are the root of power,and strongmen care not for a v taper but only building herculean strenght,and for that big strong hips are essential.

      The hip continues to grow especially with increased weight. This is now a known fact. If you want to grow your hips, you need to lift heavier and gain more weight

      @GoldenEraBookworm would "Train Wide to Get Wide still apply here? Shoulders are mostly fleshy, but Hips are denser, they may hard to stretch in the same way you have shown the shoulder girdle.

    How would you judge the pulls? Is it a cumulative ? Like the strandpuller with the biggest total for let's say the four pulls win? Or do we declare a winner for each pull?i prefer the total for four lifts like weightlifting and powerlifting.

    • @GoldenEraBookworm
      @GoldenEraBookworm  4 часа назад

      I can imagen that it could be either...the best single lift and cummulative lifts.
