Barry m pigments are really good, I use those as highlighter
Its not you the makeup is like plaster
You can get coloured glue sticks in the UK they are just really hard to find. I don't really blame you for using elmers though. Coloured Pritt stick is crap
On another Note I personally LOVE the MUR Liquid foundation, but I use it with an artis style brush so maybe that helps. I also have VERY oily skin and it is the only drugstore one with a shade pale enough for me (still the lightest shade though. I have to buy the MUR white concealer and mix it with foundation to get a concealer shade pale enough for me) that will actually stay put on my skin without half a bottle of setting spray. Its a bonus that it is also the best value foundation in the drugstore that I've found (Pound per 100ml)
I would love to see you try the primark make up line it's good for £2 concealer

L.P. Maybeline London does amazing long lasting lipsticks and a really good concealer(not sure if it’s in the states but it is a UK brand), sleek is also really good but their collections in places like Boots and Superdrug are quite small. There are also some good affordable US brands over here too like NYX
@@j.p.k.3727 there's a brand called essence, and their mascaras, the Princess one in particular, are incredible. they are only £3 as well, the rimmel black liquid liner is amazing, i love it! loreal has some good products, i like the true match foundation. makeup obsessions concealers are pretty good. so are the revolution foundations, the ones that come in a tube, they have kinda purple packaging and they look like a huge concealer. the Barry m eyeshadows are great! the maybelline colour stay lipsticks, and the fit me range i like. the makeup obsession brow pencil, i like that. for eyeshadows, they have them in the us too, but bh cosmetics i like! steer clear of natural collection, and collection. no. 7 is alright, but yeah! sorry for the long list

I'm British and wear makeup and I was like "Oh no, not Revolution! That's BAD!" He should have used Barry M or MUA. Much better pigmentation and quality! Though for eyeshadows, maybe not MUA. Their blush is nice though. Not tried the foundation or concealer, but I've heard it's decent. Eye shadow is barry M all the way. Especially Dazzle Dust, which I used in my teens, but they no longer make it, I don't think.

Makeup Revolution, Sleek, Boots are such terrible brands. Sorry but ughh hate those brands overall. I have a highlight I love from Sleek and I like a bronzer from Boots but overall these brands aren't very good. There is better affordable brands

You’re not wrong. Boots is ALL big brands (Fenty, Morphe in some, NYX, Urban Decay) while some Superdrugs have NYX but most are predominantly Revolution, Maybelline, L’Oreal and maybe Elf if you’re extremely lucky.

I do like Revolution but it doesn't do my skin very well whereas more expensive brands have been a bit kinder on my skin (I have eyelid dermatitis and eczema so my skin isn't too great) not that I have the money to keep buying it
tk maxx make up tables are the stuff of nightmares, but sometimes you can find good products for good prices, just gotta make sure you find something still in sealed packaging and use hand sanitizer after digging in there lol

All I wanna say is THANK YOU SO MUCH- you inspired me to get back into makeup after I hadnt touched it in years. Had alot of fun doing my makeup earlier and felt really pretty afterwards. I do need to get eyeliner and mascara though.
