I had my converter stolen off of 249 & the beltway..seeing these crumbs out of 5th ward bond out makes me want to go beat them up. Especially being born & raised there..they wouldnt be hard to find
change the laws to give no bond - and speedy trial and if convicted the death penalty is carried out immediately for felony theft of cat converters. if you truly wanted to stop this in it's tracks, beating on them them and splitting wigs just isn't going to do it. the amount of damage that this causes for the person - no one ever talks about. your insurance prem goes up, if you have to get a rental, does the mech have the part, what do you have to come out of pocket for, lost time with work to get to the mech, etc. all that hassle and to see people walk on $100 bonds and such. no more saving souls.
These people have visited intense financial and repair pain on a lot of innocent, unsuspecting people.. They should covertly, and quietly, disappear....

The criminals should be sent to sweat shops for an undisclosed amount of time to work off the debt from stealing. Their biometrics should all be taken and held into account in a federal database. Their taxes should also be increased by 5% no matter what. Anyone who is a professional criminal should be held accountable for the rest of their lives. No more reform. No more 3 meals a day and 20 years for death row. Put a revolving door in place and expedite these executions. Scare these criminals into submission.
