Sophia is such a strong girl to talk about her heart surgery openly and honestly ,and she is hundred percent right - value your health . It is natural human behavior that not to value something that we have until we lose it .
My stepdaughter had 6 heart surgeries from the time she was born until she was 6, and that was always her hardest thing to deal with was her scars. But we always make her aware that she is special and those scars show how strong she is, and now she is 17 and the scars still effect what bathing suits she chooses, but most her friends understand and support her and that is huge.
Thank you Sophia for opening up about your heart surgery. I can't imagine what that must have felt like for you or the rest of your family. I'm glad you're healthy.

Another great one, well done girls. I think this episode was better in term of structure because it wasnt as structured as usual and maybe thats why it lasts longer ( which is great btw).

You guys are awesome. Sophia, yes I do feel like punching someone in the face sometimes. Ever since I got out of the Marines civilian life is way slower. My biggest pet peeve is when I'm at the grocery store and someone is either paying with all coins (pennies and nickles) and writing a check for a stick of gum for example. They take their sweet ass time doing it. When the check is declined the customer throws a massive fit right in the store.

When I'm on a date, I'm mostly trying to get to know the other person. So I'm like, trying to make them comfortable, asking them questions, etc. I do want them to like me, and all that, but at the end of the date, the two of us should know each other better, and that means I have to share a bit, and so do they. If she's just sharing and sharing, not asking me anything, I start to feel like I don't really matter, and maybe she's just here because she doesn't want to be single, not because she's interested in me.
These girls are awesome
I agree Sistine as a female when I have gyno check I rather get a female nurse check me out makes me feel more comfortable having a sister help me out it would make me feel hella awkward having a male doctor check me out in those situations LOL
I remember praying for you sweetheart when you had the heart surgery when you were an infant and when you were 16 years old God Bless you and your family. 🙏💕🙏 Scars are a badge of honor 👍 That cashier is very rude what a stupid comment !

one time my Dad was pissed the cops arrested me so my Dad lol rear-ended a guy on purpose lol in his car got out of his car just stared at the guy gave him the death stare this guy lol we rear ended eventually got in his car and drove off my Dad didn't have any damage to his car but we made our point lol I'm pretty sure my Dad's insane mildly at least on some levels lol.
