We are originally from Southern California. Anything under 75 degrees is cold to us.😆 We have done videos of homes ranging from 500k - 2 million. I agree that 1.4 is a bargain for this home and still relatively low taxes and secondary cost such as heating and cooling. Thank You for watching AND commenting
