You are a god father in our college, I am a btech biotechnology final yr student , and we don't have proper books and notes , And if there is any study material it's very hard to understand because of itsdifficult words, ..... thanks to make our study simple and easy to understand that also in very less time.
I think you should join Avengers 😊

    Overall excellent lecture.
I would like to mention to corrections
    I. Around 12:48 you said reflected light ..it's better to use transmitted as reflected one has totally different meaning.
II. You wrote log in absorbance around 18:53 which is a wrong expression. Overall great job. Jai Hind

Why absorbance log (I/I0) when Transmittance is (I/I0) ?
How can u say that?? why can't it is (1-(I/I0)) if there is no radiance.
    (Hint : T + A + R =1; where T-Transmittance, A-Absorbance, R-Radiance)

Help with a question ????? A compound absorb light in 227 nm. The standard curve calibration for the compound is Abs = 372x + 0,6432 which the concentration is g/100mL. The technique was analytical standard adding from fluoxetine hydrochloride (C17H18F3NO.HCl - molar mass = 345,79 g/mol). So determine the concentration in mol/L from the analysed solution. Show all calcs progression.
