  • Veteran Utah instructor and Adventure Ski & Snowboard School clinician, Fernando demonstrates how easy it is for beginners to learn and all abilities can improve Snowboard technique on our treadmill like, revolving carpet SnowSports Simulator in Encinitas, CA, USA.
This video replaces the one with over a million views that we shot and posted in 2011 that received many compliments and had some good points, but was not as technically sound technique as this one.
Thank you Fernando for helping us improve our snowboard lessons and bring up to proper modern PSIA/AASI techniques.
Just as we've helped our students to improve for 40 years now, we instructors are always working on improving our teaching and our own technique, as there is always room for improvement!
We hope you like this updated snowboard instruction video.
We’re already working on a new improved one...

If you are someone whose feet has spent more time on toes rather the heel, if you catch my meaning, are there any exercises or tips that can improve your "heel game"?

the only thing that I would add is that you need to look backwards when you are going down on your toes lol
    don't look at the mountain
