There is a German Word for this feeling it's called "Politikverdrossenheit".
I tried to say it but lost it at the 5th syllable. I love that whole English phrases (in this case a sentence) can be expressed by words in German. It does make me feel inadequate when talking to German friends though 😂
In danish it is "politikerlede"
