Use colours in diagrams to aid the user. When selecting colours for a diagram, it is important that the colours used will both make sense to the end user and accurately display the information the data is conveying. So when creating a diagram think about which colours best suit your purpose as these may not be the default colours which the software automatically selects. In this video I provide an example of why using red and green in finance diagrams may not always be the best option.
